All the staff here were super friendly and nice. I really liked the room with two double beds, and my bed was comfy too! 😊

Everything. There was hair on the bed, hair on the sink and in the bathroom (not ours). Nasty. Nasty bathroom, falling apart, COLD WATER, and no water pressure. A crack between the ground and the door, so you could hear right outside, and see the light coming through.

My experience there was awful.unclean room and scary environment..didnt feel safety for me or my belongings.

The price was the only thing I could afford this trip or I would never have stayed there. I arrived too late at night to look for something else. For almost 70.00 this facility should be closed unless major renevations are done or new ownership takes place.

The whole facility smelled heavy of bug spray, the lobby and rooms. Breakfast consisted of a gross box of doughnuts and a pot of weak coffee. The rooms were badly in need of an update. Broken tile and grout around the tub that you expected roaches to come out of any minute. It was an overall discusting experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was overall decent and nice, just left something to be desired as far as cleanliness goes. The carpets weren't vacuumed, housekeeping never cleaned our room during our 3 day stay, furniture was stained. Bedding was also stained, small stains but there nonetheless. The place was just taken over by new owners a year ago after it was condemned. You can tell they have done a good job getting it up and running and to code. Air conditioning and heater works great. Claimed they have free wifi but everytime we tried to connect it wouldn't. A great affordable place they just need to work on the housekeeping. I would stay here again. The other residents do look a little sketchy and can be loud but there is security and no one bothered us. A cool thing is they let pets stay for a fee and they do have weekly rates too. Speedway is right across the street and Meijer is a 5 minute walk away.

Housekeeping and cleanliness needs to be improved. Should invest in new linens..not a good impression when the sheets and pillowcases are stained even if they are clean...gives the impression they aren't.

They served breakfast for free, which was awesome! 🥐 The location was super convenient because we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Gave us a room that was already occupied when we arrived. Water temperature in shower varies between 65 degrees and 165 no matter where you put the dial. Staff never came to bring fresh towels or clean the entire weekend.

Location - great and awesome so close to many other restaurants and several attractions and Tulip Time. Also, to city bus lines. Fine and comfortable rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Clean facilities there.

This place is conveniently located near the bus stop, and the breakfast includes a variety of options.

The majority of the occupants that were hanging around the building had tethers on their ankles. We did not even let our teenage daughter out of the truck. This place is disgusting.

Great prices and a very nice stay in town for Tulip Time. the hotel offers a huge variety of great-sized rooms. - It boasts a marvellous, perfect location near many restaurants, Tulip Time, and city bus lines. - There's a cool Starbucks nearby where you can enjoy desserts. - the hotel has a restaurant that serves a wonderful breakfast.

Carpet was sticky, no phone, no clock, residents watching everything,

The cold water wasn't working in the shower, I went to the desk to tell them only scalding hot water was coming out of the shower, they had someone there quickly to fix it

The phone didn't work, the light over the sink didn't work, tv got poor reception. The cold water wasn't working in the shower, only scalding hot water came out. That struck me as odd because when I checked in the clerk had to check to be sure my room was clean because they had been almost full the previous night. So didn't the previous occupants compain about the shower? When I brought it to their attention though they had someone there to fix it right away
